It's just a thought. I think that it'd go over well a concert there usually does well and it's close enough I could actually go. I mean most bands show up in KC or Saint Louis and us poor college kids only have so much in the budget.
The state fair is in Sedalia, Missouri where....I just so happen to attend school. It would just be cool so I thought I'd mention it. I'd be happy to put up flyers for a cool concert for a change. *sighs*

The State Fair isn't until August next year and people around here it's about the best vacation we have.
Days and days of music and fun..I know it's just...horrible right? lol

Saw Augustana & Counting Crows last night at outdoor venue. Augustana rocked it, you mixed it up with Adam--very, very cool!

Well, is anyone else shaking with anticipation?
Sick with excitement?
Mind boggled at the thought of seeing them in less than 2 months?

Because I am... And I am also wondering if there are any other superfans that are on this site going.

I can't believe I just heard about this show. So, I scooped up two tickets online and they'll be waiting for me at the door. I live about 1 1/2 hours north of Madison, so I will be cruising on down after class today. I've only seen Augustana once and that's when they opened for CC in Milwaukee a few years ago I believe it was. Love both of their albums. The new one is fantastic. I love the cover.

Can't wait to see you guys tonight, hopefully I can get into my usual spot there. I saw Josh Ritter right up front and had my beer practically right on their piano. lol.

So Dallas isn't really Midwest but I figured that was the most fitting section. I'm thinking about going to the House of Blues show on June 5th and I was wondering if anyone else was going. I've never been to that venue before and I don't live in Dallas so I wanted to get your take on it.
